Databases

Databases are good resources for general reference information, literary criticism, primary sources and biographical information. Any source you find using a database will have a MLA citation attached to it (usually at the end of the article). Please check the MLA citation for accuracy. Good general databases to begin with are: Britannica Online, eLibrary, Gale Virtual Reference and Student Resources in Context.
